Cliff Barshay has practiced law for more than 20 years at Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint, LLP. He is extremely active in the representation of developers, investors and lenders throughout Georgia and the Southeast in every aspect of commercial real estate development and investment. He represents a varied range of clients, including large national development and homebuilder public companies, active entrepreneurial local developers and national and international investment groups. Cliff also regularly represents lenders in both commercial real estate and asset based transactions. Cliff was recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of the state's "Legal Elite" for 2007, a list of top attorneys determined by votes from lawyers across Georgia, and by Atlanta Magazine as one of the state's "Super Lawyers" for 2007.
