Overview
A founding partner of the firm, David Flint has more than 38 years of legal experience. He enjoys an excellent reputation as a trial and appellate lawyer representing diverse clients in First Amendment issues, land use and zoning, eminent domain, construction claims, white collar crime investigations, antitrust and complex business disputes. He frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator. David also lectures on various topics at continuing legal education seminars. David has been honored as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Georgia by The American Trial Lawyers Association. David has also been recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of the state's "Legal Elite", a list of top attorneys determined by votes from lawyers across Georgia, and for a second consecutive time by Atlanta Magazine as one of the state's "Super Lawyers" for 2009.
