A founding partner of the firm, David Flint has more than 35 years of legal experience. He enjoys an excellent reputation as a trial and appellate lawyer representing diverse clients in First Amendment issues, land use and zoning, eminent domain, construction claims, white collar crime investigations, antitrust and complex business disputes. He frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator. David also lectures on various topics at continuing legal education seminars.
