  • Successful litigation at trial and on appeal of cases involving confirmation of real estate foreclosure sales
  • Participated in successful defense of multiple lender liability claims involving a real estate development in Florida
  • Significant experience in litigation regarding the Georgia RICO statute and other civil business torts
  • Representation of numerous commercial landlords in landlord/tenant disputes
  • Litigation involving allegations of infestation of "toxic mold"
  • Represented numerous individuals in successfully resolving divorce and child custody disputes and guardianship proceedings, through trial or settlement, and in negotiation of prenuptial agreements and handling adoptions.
