A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Elizabeth Fite joined the firm in 2006 as a litigation associate. Elizabeth focuses primarily on general business litigation with particular interests in intellectual property and business torts.
- Since becoming a member of the Georgia bar, Elizabeth has been quickly gaining litigation experience, actively participating in cases with the firm’s more senior lawyers, preparing pleadings, motions and briefs, taking depositions, and has taken an active role in jury trials.
- Elizabeth is quickly acquiring a strong knowledge in intellectual property matters and has helped not only prepare intellectual property filings, but has actively consulted with clients to insure that their intellectual property rights are adequately protected.
