With more than 25 years of professional legal experience, Leo Rose focuses on representing clients in multiple aspects of commercial real estate. He has worked on numerous developments, ranging from mixed-use developments and shopping centers in Georgia to resorts and condominiums in Florida and Hawaii. Leo represents a timber investment management organization in connection with the acquisition and disposition of large real estate portfolios throughout the United States. Leo’s experience includes partnerships and joint ventures, lending and borrowing, and landlord/tenant representation. Additionally, he is in charge of the firm’s timeshare escrow business that has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.

- Represented the purchaser of 79,000 acres of timberland for approximately $66 million in the Southeast U.S.; negotiated the real estate contract and performed all due diligence in a 60-day period.
- Represented the buyer in the purchase of property on the Las Vegas Strip from an assemblage of sellers in an $86 million deal.
- Served as lead counsel in multiple jurisdictions for numerous timeshare, fractional, and condominium developments in Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, California, Arizona, Virginia, Nevada, Tennessee, New Mexico, Colorado, Massachusetts, Missouri, U.S. Virgin Islands, and St. Maarten.
