Mark Forsling has more than 26 years of professional legal experience with a recent focus on zoning, land use, permitting and real estate. Mark’s law practice includes the representation of outdoor advertising companies, residential and retail developers and developers of solid waste landfills. He has also represented local governments in defending land use decisions. Mark has written numerous articles and participated in a variety of seminars on land use and zoning and the impact of the free speech clause of the First Amendment on sign control legislation.

- Participated in obtaining solid waste and construction and demolition landfill permits from the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.
