SWF has a longstanding product liability litigation practice that stems back to the founding of the firm. Our extensive experience in product liability litigation comes from representing clients in class action lawsuits, individual lawsuits, and mass tort and toxic tort litigation.

In many instances we assist our clients investigate and evaluate claims long before any lawsuit has been filed.
