Products Liability
SWF has a longstanding products liability litigation practice that stems back to the founding of the firm. Our extensive experience in product liability litigation comes from representing clients in class action lawsuits, individual lawsuits, and mass tort and toxic tort litigation.

In many instances we assist our clients investigate and evaluate claims long before any lawsuit has been filed. The firm provides advice on necessary and appropriate initiatives with respect to circumstances that could lead to product liability claims. This may include advising clients dealing with federal and state regulatory agencies.
