Jamie joined Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint, LLP as a litigation associate in November 2017. Jamie maintains a vibrant appellate practice and has written briefs and petitions before numerous federal and state appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Jamie also has extensive experience in litigating complex and high-stakes business, financial, and securities cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamie served as a judicial clerk to both the Honorable Thomas E. Johnston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Honorable Sheila K. Oberto of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Before his clerkships, Jamie practiced at a firm that handled numerous complex business and financial cases, including litigation relating to the Madoff Ponzi scheme.
