Michael joined Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint as a partner in 2015. He concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense and real estate-related disputes. Michael has received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-review rating available. Mike has tried jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state courts and has extensive appellate experience, having handled appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition to his broad litigation experience, Michael also advises a number of clients in various aspects of litigation prevention.
Michael is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia. Michael is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
