Patricia joined Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint in 2011 and is a partner in the commercial real estate group. Prior to joining SWF, Patricia was an associate at an Atlanta based international law firm. She has significant experience in a broad range of commercial real estate and joint venture transactions. Patricia represents both real estate investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and management of multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties. Patricia also represents timber investment management organizations (TIMOs) in connection with acquisition and disposition of timberland portfolios throughout the United States, as well as management of existing assets.
Patricia has been honored as a Georgia Rising Star in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Area by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Patricia is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
