Barry is licensed to practice in the states of Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Experience

Represents investors and developers in connection with the structuring of joint ventures for real estate developments, including multifamily, industrial, retail and self-storage projects.

Represents clients in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of businesses in many different industries, including banks, hospitals, manufacturers, construction companies and professional practices.

Advises clients on sophisticated estate planning techniques, including family limited partnerships and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts.
