Christina joined Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint in September, 2021. Prior to joining SWF, Christina was an associate at an Atlanta based international law firm. Christina has experience representing clients on various facets of commercial real development and finance, from selection and formation of ownership entities through land acquisition, loan negotiation, development, construction, leasing, management, and sale of residential, multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties. She regularly counsels local and national lenders, investors, developers, and in a broad range of transactions including partnerships, joint ventures, and asset backed capital markets transactions.
Christina has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Real Estate Law, 2021 and 2022 ed.
