A real estate and transactional attorney, Cliff has practiced law at Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint for more than twenty-five years. Cliff represents developers, investors, and lenders throughout Georgia and the Southeast in every aspect of commercial real estate development and investment. Cliff represents a varied range of clients, including large national companies engaged in development and homebuilding, local developers, and national and international investment groups. Cliff also regularly represents lenders in both commercial real estate and asset-based transactions.
Cliff is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
